Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and timeless.rip ("we", "us"). By using the site or signing in, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the site.
1. Who can use timeless.rip
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission. If we learn an account belongs to someone under 13, we delete it.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Discord account secure.
- Handles are first come, first served. We may reserve, reclaim or change a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or breaks these terms. A released handle is held for 7 days before anyone else can take it.
- You may link a Riot account through Riot sign-on to claim your game profile. Only link accounts you own.
- You can delete your account at any time from Settings.
3. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post: your bio, links, images, comments and profile settings. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and resize that content so the site can show it. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies in backups, which are deleted within 7 days.
You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
4. Rules
Don't use timeless.rip to:
- post anything illegal, or content that sexualizes minors;
- harass, threaten, dox or impersonate anyone;
- post hate speech, graphic violence or sexually explicit images;
- infringe someone else's copyright or trademark;
- spam, sell accounts, or advertise cheats, boosting or account sharing;
- scrape the site, overload it, get around rate limits or bans, or probe it for vulnerabilities without permission;
- break the terms of Discord, Riot Games, NetEase or Ubisoft.
5. Reporting and moderation
To report content or an account, including content you believe is illegal, email [email protected] with a link to it and the reason. Copyright notices go to the same address and should include the work, where it appears on the site, your contact details, and a statement that you are the owner or authorized to act for them.
We review reports and may remove content, restrict features such as comments or uploads, suspend or ban accounts, and block IP addresses used to get around a ban. When we act against your account or content, you can ask us why and appeal by emailing [email protected]. We'll reply with the reason and reconsider the decision.
6. Game stats and third-party data
Stats, ranks, match history and name history come from game publishers and third-party services. We don't guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. Derived figures, such as rank point rollbacks, are estimates.
timeless.rip is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games, NetEase or Ubisoft. Game names, ranks and artwork belong to their owners.
If you are a player whose public game profile appears on the site and you want it hidden, see your rights in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes and availability
We may change, pause or remove any part of the site at any time. We may update these terms; the effective date above will change, and significant changes will be announced on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
8. Ending your use
You can stop using the site and delete your account whenever you want. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to for legal reasons. Sections 3 (for content still in backups), 6, 9, 10 and 11 survive.
9. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement, to the extent the law allows.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to USD 50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where the operator of timeless.rip resides, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you live in the EU or UK, you keep the protections of your local consumer law and may bring claims in your local courts.
